Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and depart, and hold the door open for guests.
• Seat guests according to the established plan and guests’ needs.
• Keep host/hostess stand and waiting area clean.
• Ensure menus remain clean and stocked.
• Complete restroom checks and refill paper products as needed.
• Sanitize and wipe down all tables and reset the table.
• Assist servers by taking initial drink orders or delivering food.
• Complete daily opening and closing tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
