Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work as a TEAM
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
• Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to transport and carry objects such as a high chair or booster seat
• Ability to wipe, sweep and carry plates to kitchen

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests as they enter and depart the restaurant
• Seat guests according to the established plan and guests’ needs
• Keep host/hostess stand and waiting area clean
• Ensure menus remain clean and stocked
• Complete restroom checks and refill paper products in bathrooms
• Sanitize and wipe down all tables and sweep the area as needed
• Assist the servers when needed by taking the initial drink order or running food
