Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level hospitality and ensure guests feel welcome from arrival to departure.

• Strategize seating and dining room flow by reviewing RESY reservations and guest profiles.
• Maintain RESY notes and manage adjustments for private bookings and events.
