• Manage reservations and waitlists for smooth guest flow.
• Stay aware of events, crowd flow, table turns, and special requests.
• Know the menu, specials, 86’d items, drinks, and typical questions.
• Know your floor plan—seat numbers, capacity, setup, and movement.
• Share information about local happenings or attractions to enhance the guest experience.
