Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.

• Ability to manage seating rotations and communicate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine seating.
• Maintain seating flow and balance across sections.
• Answer phone, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries.
• Keep waitlist accurate with realistic wait times.
• Assist servers with bussing and resetting tables during service.
