Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level hospitality from arrival to departure.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and foster a warm, familiar atmosphere.
• Strategize seating and dining flow using RESY reservations and guest profiles.
• Maintain RESY notes and manage changes for private bookings and events.
• Seat guests efficiently balancing experience with table availability and service needs.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, layouts, and seat numbers.
• Answer phones with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate seating plans with servers, managers, and hosts.
• Assist with guest inquiries and special accommodations to exceed expectations.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, closing, and side-work procedures.
