IHOP of Covington is seeking an upbeat host/hostess to greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage waiting lists with accuracy. You will coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining flow and exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, effective communication, and reliable, multi-tasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Previous hosting or cashier experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and seat them promptly as tables become available.
• Rotate station seating to ensure quality guest service.
• Manage waiting lists and guide guests to seating.
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with To-Go orders.
• Maintain clean waiting area, restrooms, and dining spaces.
• Record cash and perform register-related tasks per policies.
• Communicate guest needs to servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist with taking payments and basic cash handling as needed.
• Ensure adherence to dress code and IHOP appearance standards.
