Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate in English.
• Basic math and counting skills for handling checks and orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly within 30 seconds.
• Rotate station seating to ensure quality of guest service.
• Answer the telephone, take messages, and handle To Go orders.
• Maintain a waiting list and keep areas tidy and welcoming.
• Clear, clean and reset tables, chairs, booths, and floors after guests depart.
• Comply with IHOP uniform and appearance standards per IHOP SOP guidelines.
• Assist management with additional tasks as needed.
