Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Seat guests and manage workload among servers.
• Maintain accurate waiting list and alert guests when tables are ready.
• Receive payments, make correct change, and balance cash drawer at close.
• Take and process take-out orders and assist with room service orders.
• Practice up-selling techniques and assist with other duties as assigned.
