Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand is seeking staff to support guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, and maintain a clean station while collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires basic education (GED or high school) and the ability to read, understand, and follow instructions with strong communication and math skills. Training provided, with emphasis on safety and hygiene practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate clearly.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to apply reasoning in following written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition, greeting and seating of guests with a smile.
• Present menus consistently and provide high-quality service.
• Set tables with silverware and maintain a neat workstation.
• Answer calls and take reservations or direct to the right person.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to meet guest needs.
• Refill beverages and clear service items per procedures.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to safety standards and report equipment issues.
• Do opening/closing side work per checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
