Trailborn Jackson Hole in Jackson, WY seeks a friendly Host/Greeter to welcome guests, manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and present menus. You will be the first point of contact and help coordinate with service staff to ensure a smooth sequence of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services helpful.
• Experience handling reservations or seating systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the restaurant (in person and on the telephone).
• Manage the table management/reservations system to optimize experience and revenue.
• Review external marketing materials to ensure menus, hours, and contact info are correct.
• Review guest feedback and summarize for staff and management daily.
• Communicate reservation details to service staff, kitchen, and managers.
• Guide guest flow to promote patronage while ensuring proper servicing.
• All other duties as assigned.
