Trailborn Jackson Hole in Jackson, WY is seeking a friendly Server to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet guests, manage payments, and communicate menu details. The role requires strong English, basic math, and a TIPS certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days). Flexible shifts with tips on top of hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be available in mornings or evenings as required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable.
• TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent English communication (verbal, non-verbal and written).
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Remain calm, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu, beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests per standards.
• Set tables according to service standards and keep areas clean.
• Serve food and drinks, answer questions, and process orders in POS.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to kitchen.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Present checks, process payments, and thank guests.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen on menu and order changes.
• Assist teammates by running food, bussing tables, and restocking.
• Complete closing duties and restock items.
