The Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Hostperson for our Boston area operation. You will greet and seat guests, answer calls, manage reservations, and ensure menus are clean and accurate while upholding brand standards.

Maintain exceptional guest service, coordinate with team members, and support serving staff as needed. A flexible schedule including evenings is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule with evenings availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests.
• Answer the phone, take reservations and manage Opentable bookings.
• Stock menus and keep them clean and presentable.
• Handle guest requests and notify a supervisor as needed.
• Provide high levels of guest service while upholding brand standards.
• Receive takeout orders by phone and in person, ensuring accuracy.
