Job summary

Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is seeking a Host/Greeter to warmly greet guests, seat them promptly, and maintain a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the dining room.

You will coordinate seating, manage reservations and waiting lists, assist with To-Go orders, handle payments, and ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines. This role emphasizes teamwork and a professional appearance to deliver great Guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• May assist in training new team members.
• Cooperation, communication and teamwork are essential.
• May handle To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering.
• Handle cash and card transactions during shifts.
• Follow reservations, waiting list and take-out procedures.
• Maintain professional image and uniform standards.
• Monitor alcohol service per licensing rules and company guidelines.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests promptly, efficiently and with courtesy.
• Coordinate organization, traffic flow and dining room cleanliness.
• Ensure guests are attended to per Boston’s high standards; escalate to a manager when needed.
