Soho House Miami is seeking a Host who greets guests, answers calls, and creates reservations for the Club or F&B operations. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar role, OpenTable and MICROS experience, and strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• OpenTable and MICROS experience.
• Experience handling high-volume phone lines and providing professional responses.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every member and guest by name when applicable.
• Answer high-volume calls and provide menu, hours, and reservation details.
• Create reservations for clubs/restaurants and support service standards.
• Maintain friendly, accurate, and discreet interactions.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure excellent service for members and guests.
• Build relationships and relay feedback to management to improve service.
• Maintain a fun and professional atmosphere on the floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
