The role involves handling payments, balancing cash, and communicating across departments. Knowledge of OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Opera is preferred. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer service role.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Opera preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests; ensure a warm, seamless check-in experience.
• Perform concierge tasks (booking cars, shows, reservations) as needed.
• Handle emails and inquiries; print/scan documents for guests joining rooms.
• Communicate updates across departments to adjust workflows.
• Process payments and balance cash at end of shift; secure lost items.
• Explain Soho House amenities and room options to guests; upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with bell staff for valet and luggage storage support.
• Participate in daily shift briefings and maintain professional phone etiquette.
