Soho House in Chicago is looking for a Host to welcome members and guests, answer calls, and create reservations for clubs and F&B operations. You will ensure a warm, professional atmosphere and help maintain service standards across the reception team.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar setting, experience with OpenTable and MICROS, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with high-volume phone lines and reservations systems.
• Ability to greet guests and manage inquiries with discretion.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members and guests by name and manage reservations for club, F&B, and events.
• Answer high-volume calls, provide menus, hours, pricing, and availability information.
• Create reservations and assist managers on service standards and on-the-floor execution.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor in all interactions.
• Train reception staff on processes and service standards as needed.
• Build relationships with members and convey feedback to management.
