Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and experience with OpenTable and MICROS. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with OpenTable and MICROS systems.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests by name and assist with seating.
• Answer high-volume calls with menu hours, amenities, pricing, and reservations.
• Create reservations for clubs/restaurants and support F&B managers on the floor.
• Maintain friendly, accurate, and discreet communication with guests.
