Soho House & Co. is seeking a courteous Host to welcome guests and members, answer calls, and manage reservations for clubs and venues. You will ensure accurate seating, provide information on menus, hours, and amenities, and support F&B operations with service standards.

The role emphasizes a warm, professional presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within the Soho House group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar host/reception role.
• Experience with OpenTable and MICROS required.
• Ability to answer high-volume phone lines professionally and timely.
• Strong problem solving, communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members by name where applicable.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and provide menu hours and pricing info.
• Create reservations for club, restaurants, and events.
• Coordinate with F&B managers to meet service standards and on-floor needs.
• Maintain friendliness, accuracy, and discretion in all interactions.
