Job summary

Soho House Austin is seeking a friendly Host to greet members and guests, answer calls, and create reservations for Club and F&B operations. You will help ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure, using OpenTable and MICROS to manage bookings.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, answer calls, and create reservations for Club and F&B operations.
• Master the phone system and manage inquiries regarding menus, hours, and amenities.
• Ensure reservations are ready and assist F&B managers on service standards.
• Build relationships with members and guests and communicate feedback to management.
