Job summary

Invited invites you to join our hospitality team in Leesburg as a Host, greeting and seating members and guests to start their club experience. You will uphold service standards and maintain a welcoming, organized host area throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include assisting the service staff, handling multi-line calls, supporting the team with duties as assigned, and ensuring confidential handling of member information while delivering a consistently high level of guest care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service/hospitality preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Confidential handling of member information.
• Strong communication and instruction-following skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members/guests by name, providing a warm, welcoming experience.
• Maintain Invited service standards and organized host area.
• Assist service staff and support the team during shifts.
• Handle requests and issues professionally and promptly.
• Close out host podium and complete daily tasks (stocking, sanitation).
• Notify management of complaints and assist with service recovery.
