Job summary

Invited invites you to join our hospitality team as a Host, the first and last point of contact for members and guests. You will warmly greet and seat guests, uphold service standards, and support the dining team to ensure a seamless club experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean host area, handling day-to-day tasks, and staying professional under pressure while protecting guest information and adhering to club policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or service is advantageous.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name, creating a welcoming experience.
• Seat members and guests and ensure high-quality service.
• Converse professionally and stay calm under pressure.
• Assist service staff and maintain organized host areas.
• Close out the podium at end of shift and complete daily tasks.
