In this role, you will warmly greet and seat visitors, ensuring a seamless club experience. Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, assisting with member services, and handling requests professionally. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and some experience in the hospitality industry. The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 100 lbs on occasion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
