Job summary

Invited in Gilbert is seeking a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, setting the tone for their club experience and ensuring a seamless start to every visit. You will uphold service standards and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while supporting other team members.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Host will keep the podium organized, handle duties such as member services, respond professionally to requests, and participate in daily briefings to stay informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication and instruction-following abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests by name, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Seat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service and attention to their needs.
• Converse with members/guests in a professional manner, staying calm under pressure.
• Assist service staff as needed, adhering to Invited standards of service.
• Ensure the host podium is organized and close out the podium at the end of each shift.
