Job summary

LEGOLAND Parks in Carlsbad, CA seeks Front Desk Agents to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and answer inquiries, ensuring outstanding guest service and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hotel front desk experience, familiarity with OPERA PMS, and strong English communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Preferred candidate will have OPERA property management system experience.
• Must be able to speak English clearly and fluently.
• Preferred candidate will have ability to speak Spanish fluently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively, handle conflict, and lead initiatives.
• Able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and accurate information is provided.
• Maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience.
• Process all payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
• Handle guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information.
• Answer calls and assist with outgoing calls via PBX.
