Job summary

Best Western Redondo Beach Inn is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and deliver exceptional hospitality on the California coast. You will manage reservations with our PMS, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

This role requires strong communication, a polished appearance, and a guest-first attitude. English fluency is mandatory, with multilingual skills considered a plus; weekend/holiday shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk or hospitality customer service preferred.
• Availability 7 am–3 pm, 3–4 days a week.
• Fluency in English; multilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out guests warmly.
• Manage reservations using the hotel PMS.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Process payments and issue room keys.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide local dining, attractions, and transport recommendations.
