Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a part-time Guest Service Host in Darien, IL. You will welcome guests, operate the POS system, and maintain a clean, safe gaming cafe environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for every guest.

Shifts require strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to handle cash and be on the floor for extended periods. Training and meetings are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Maintain active floor presence for periods over 60 minutes.
• Knowledge of service environment beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
