Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Guest Service Host who will be the first contact for guests and vendors in our gaming cafés. You will deliver outstanding service, monitor operations, and uphold safety standards across the venue.

You will promote marketing initiatives, document activities, manage cash and deposits, and ensure cleanliness. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to use a POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain store operations, cleanliness, and safety during shifts.
• Document guest activity and manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Assist with liquor, gaming, health, and regulatory inspections.
• Prepare and serve food/beverage items and monitor temperatures.
• Identify and report equipment issues and inventory needs.
• Communicate needs to management and collaborate with team.
