Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
• Document guest activity and maintain records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in café, gaming areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips responsibly.
• Enforce age restrictions for liquor and gaming with ID checks.
• Communicate safety hazards and operational needs to management.
