Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space while promoting events and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and eligible to work.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Handle cash drawer, sales, daily deposits and tips with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of café and gaming areas.
• Knowledge of games, machines and features; assist with issues as needed.
• Support marketing initiatives and communicate guest needs to management.
