Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with bowling operations. You will handle ring sales, operate the POS and PA systems, and provide friendly customer service in a lively entertainment venue.

The role emphasizes an inviting presence, light instruction to guests, and coordination with mechanics for equipment issues, while complying with age restrictions for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
