Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, answer phones, and manage the front desk. You will ring sales, assist with league preparations, and help ensure a smooth guest experience in a dynamic entertainment environment.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional guest interactions, accurate cash handling, and collaboration with staff during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Proven ability to greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage the waitlist and monitor lane/shoe availability and equipment.
• Process sales at the counter and operate the POS system; log issues with equipment.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist with leagues preparation.
• Coordinate with mechanics for pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions.
