Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate lane and equipment assignments while handling sales at the counter.

The role requires strong guest service, telephone etiquette, and basic bowling instruction. Responsibilities include assisting with leagues, operating POS and central systems, and notifying maintenance about any equipment issues.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (optional experience in hospitality)
• Proven success in school or prior job
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone with a friendly, inviting attitude
• Manage waitlist and lane/shoe/equipment assignments
• Operate POS system and handle ring sales following cash procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter issues and log malfunctions
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests
• Assist with event preparation and daily operations
