Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and support the front desk operations. You will handle the waitlist, ring sales, and assist guests with basic bowling instructions while maintaining POS and other equipment systems.

The role requires friendly communication, the ability to manage lanes and scheduling, and adherence to cash handling procedures in a lively entertainment environment. Evening and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
