Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will greet guests, answer the phone, and guide customers through the check-in process at our bowling center.

The role involves managing the waitlist, handling sales, operating POS and central systems, and coordinating with lanes and leagues. Evening and weekend shifts apply, with a friendly, customer-focused approach essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and friendly demeanor.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
