Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with bowling operations at our venue. You will ring sales at the counter, handle the POS system, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are friendly, with strong telephone etiquette and basic bowling knowledge. Evening and night shifts are available, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone to set a welcoming tone.
• Manage the waitlist and assign lanes and equipment as needed.
• Operate the front desk, POS, and central panel.
• Ring up sales and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter issues and log them.
