Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle waitlists, ring sales, and assist guests with basic bowling instructions while operating a POS system and cash controls.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, multitasking across the front desk, and maintaining a positive guest experience in a lively entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and manage the waitlist.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes and equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate the POS system and related equipment.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests as needed.
