Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle the waitlist, guide guests to lanes, process sales at the counter, and maintain POS/PA systems. The role is part-time with evening and weekend shifts in a lively bowling environment.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or customer service experience, be 18 years or older, and enjoy working in a dynamic entertainment venue with a great team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent experience (optional).
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful.
• Strong communication and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone in a friendly manner.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate lane assignments.
• Track lane availability and log equipment needs.
• Prepare for leagues and handle counter sales with cash accuracy.
• Notify maintenance of any pinspotter/pinsetter issues; log problems.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and operate POS/PA systems.
