Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell products.
• Guide guests through the lobby, restrooms, and order pickup areas.
• Host guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and address inquiries.
• Accurately respond to guest questions and provide information.
• Handle and resolve difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security for guests and team.
