Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a friendly Gallery Host at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport to ensure guest satisfaction through check-in, check-out and coordination of hotel services. You will promote hotel outlets and events, greet guests, and help create memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel and POS systems.

Qualifications

• One year of hotel, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Adobe.

Responsabilités

• Register guests at the front desk promptly and courteously.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize room revenue.
• Assist with check-ins/outs for groups and VIP arrivals.
• Greet guests and coordinate services across outlets.
