Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Gallery Host to deliver service excellence and welcome guests in a Hyatt Place environment. You will assist with check-ins/outs, coordinate guest requests, and help guests enjoy the hotel’s services and amenities.

Responsibilities include setting up meeting spaces, preparing meals and beverages, handling cashiering tasks, and following safety procedures in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate all guest requests and inform about hotel services.
• Welcome guests by name when possible and uphold brand standards.
• Prepare, stock, and serve quality beverages and food for events.
• Set up/break down meeting spaces and assist with event catering.
• Perform cashiering tasks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
