Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Milpitas, CA seeks a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lanes and equipment.

You will ring up sales at the counter, handle cash following procedures, perform basic bowling instruction, and coordinate with mechanics for any malfunctions.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, good telephone etiquette, and the ability to work 18+ hours per week; benefits are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
