Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Fontana is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the waitlist. You’ll assist with lanes, shoes, and equipment, plus ring sales at the counter and help prepare for leagues.

Night and weekend availability is required; must be 18+ and able to operate the POS and PA systems. Perks include free bowling and discounts, with healthcare and other benefits available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
