Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant in California. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist and assist with bowling lanes, shoes and equipment, while handling sales at the counter and cash procedures.

The role requires weekend and night availability and a HS Diploma or equivalent, with alcohol-service age requirements. Perks include free bowling and employee discounts, in a lively entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; restaurant/hospitality experience optional.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and PA system.
