Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in California. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and handle sales at the counter.

You may assist with basic bowling tips and operate POS systems, central panel, and PA system. Requirements include HS diploma or equivalent (optional hospitality experience), strong customer service, and meeting state age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent or restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven success in school or previous job.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and P/A system.
