Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in California. You will welcome guests in person and over the phone, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment needs. The role includes ringing sales and operating the front desk systems.

Night and weekend availability is required, and applicants must be at least 18. Competitive per-hour pay and associate benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
