Job summary

AEG Galaxy Park is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, navigate venue programs, and provide superior customer care. You will monitor entry, handle inquiries, and process sales while ensuring safety protocols and accurate payments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, can operate MS Office, and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods at a high-volume entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate MS Office and basic business systems.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist with venue orientation.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone, in person, and email; escalate when needed.
• Process POS transactions and assist with program registrations and bookings.
• Enforce facility protocols and report injuries or unsafe areas.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment across courts and spaces.
