Job summary

Galaxy Park, operated by AEG Worldwide, seeks a Guest Services Representative to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will welcome guests, provide venue information, handle inquiries, and assist with registrations and bookings.

The role requires standing for long periods, processing payments, and ensuring safety protocols inside the venue. Evening, weekend work and high-school diploma with 1–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office.
• Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours and withstand weather.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and welcome guests.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone or email; escalate when needed.
• Process POS transactions and assist with program registrations and bookings.
• Adhere to facility protocols and report safety concerns.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of equipment across courts and spaces.

Job Summary

The Galaxy Park, Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience for all guests at Galaxy Park. The incumbent monitors entry to the venue and provides programming and facility information, handles guest inquiries, and helps in receiving and collecting payments.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guest to the venue, being knowledgeable of venue layout, programs, and policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and client issues over the phone, in person and via email. Escalating to supervisor when necessary.
• Process POS transactions including selling of merchandise and beverages. Additionally, assists Program Coordinator in registering customers for programs, booking field rentals, booking birthday parties etc.
• Knowledge of all facility protocols to help ensure guests are safely following protocols while inside the facility. Reporting any injury or unsafe area to supervisor
• Ability to help setup or breakdown all equipment as necessary (areas to include but are not limited to Futsal Courts, Pickleball Courts, Padel Courts, Event Spaces & Common Areas).

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and have working knowledge of computer operations including but not limited to MS Office and other business systems.
• Must be able to stand consistently for a minimum of 6 hours and withstand various weather elements such as high temperatures, cold, wind and rain.
• Must be able to work evenings and are required to be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Payscale: $20.48

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
