Job summary

AEG Presents in San Francisco is seeking a Guest Services Staff member to provide direct guest services and maintain a safe, welcoming environment at events. You will help guests, direct them to venues areas, scan tickets, and manage wristbands for entry.

The role requires 0-2 years in events, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong customer service mindset. This is a part-time, venue-based position with potential ACA benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Previous experience in events or music industry a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct guests to important venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms and manage wristbands at entry.
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons; monitor for safety.
• Great guests and resolve complaints; escalate when needed.
• Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings.
