Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor to welcome, understand, and support customers in a TurboTax-focused experience. You will connect individuals with the right service or expert within the TurboTax network, acting as a trusted host and navigator.

This year-round, non-exempt role may include seasonal contract options, with flexibility to meet a busy tax season. You’ll contribute to a premium hospitality culture and a positive customer journey at our retail locations.

Qualifications

3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs through effective communication and empathy.
A high school diploma or GED.
Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, setting a welcoming, professional tone from the first moment.
Listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's unique situation, concerns, and needs.
Serve as a knowledgeable guide, helping customers understand their options and feel confident they are directed to the right service or expert.
Accompany customers through their entire experience, from arrival to a smooth hand-off, ensuring every touchpoint feels personal, clear, and supportive.
Reduce friction at every step: answer questions, resolve concerns, and remove obstacles so the customer experience is as effortless as possible.
Follow up thoughtfully with customers to ensure they received the support they needed and that any outstanding questions are resolved.
